Services

CleanSlate PowerWash provides professional exterior cleaning services, including power washing for residential and commercial properties, concrete and hardscape cleaning, gutter and window cleaning, and post-construction cleanup. All services are subject to availability and service area coverage.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on actual property measurements and service details. Pricing is transparent and itemized. Final costs may vary if service conditions change or additional work is requested by the customer.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will confirm your appointment in advance and provide reminders through your preferred communication method. Customers must ensure the property is accessible at the time of service.

Payments

Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major payment methods. Late payments may result in additional charges.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with any part of the job, contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the area at no additional cost or issue a full refund. This guarantee applies to services performed under standard conditions and does not cover damage due to property pre-existing conditions.

Property Access & Safety

Customers are responsible for providing safe, legal, and clear access to all areas requiring service. CleanSlate PowerWash is not liable for damage resulting from unsafe property conditions or lack of access.

Liability

We carry full general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, poorly maintained surfaces, or issues caused by improper construction or materials.

Content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of CleanSlate PowerWash and may not be reused or reproduced without permission. Site use must comply with applicable laws.

Changes to Terms
